  • Mirror viewfinder for 21 mm Leica M Lenses
  • Application with film (24 x 36 mm)
  • Application with digital (18 x 27 mm)
  • Optics with multi-coating
The mirror viewfinder for 21 mm M Lenses impresses with a brilliant, high-contrast image. Due to a concave mirror located in the optics (hence the name "mirror viewfinder"), part of the incident light is used to illuminate the image field boundary as bright frames - as in the viewfinder of the Leica M cameras.
The viewfinder is equipped with a parallax marking for the close-up range of two meters as well as with markings for the somewhat smaller image field of the Leica M8 models. They are therefore just as suitable for use on film (24 x 36 mm) as they are digitally (18 x 27 mm).
The entire optical system is coated with a high-quality multi-layer coating to ensure optimum viewing through the viewfinder under all conditions. The high-quality metal housing of the viewfinder is based on the popular, classic models of the 50s and 60s, but milled from solid brass using the latest technologies. The eyepiece side has a rubber coating to reliably prevent scratching of eyeglass lenses.
