  • 85mm f/2.8 tilt Lens with macro setting
  • Close focusing distance of 25cm
  • Lens can be tilted by up to ±8 degrees and rotated 360 degrees
  • ideal for taking pictures of small animals, plants, jewelry, etc.
  • also an ideal portrait lens
  • Sharpness can be maintained from front to back for subjects shot at an angle
  • beautiful circular bokeh
  • manual aperture setting

This 85mm Lens not only has a macro setting but also a tilting mechanism for tilting.
As a pure macro lens, it is suitable for full-frame cameras. With a minimum distance of 11cm from the front lens to the subject (or the closest focusing distance of 25cm), this results in a reproduction scale of 1:1, making it ideal for taking pictures of small animals, plants, jewelry, etc. For tilting, the Lens can be tilted by up to ±8 degrees and rotated 360 degrees. Tilting the focal plane opens up new creative possibilities. (It should be noted, however, that the sensor format is limited to APS-C when tilting.)

The tilt effect produces a kind of "Alice in Wonderland" effect when taking pictures in the miniature world.
Small figures, model cars and miniature landscapes appear really large when the focal plane is tilted. However, the tilt effect is not only interesting in the macro range. Tilting allows the sharpness of subjects shot at an angle to be maintained from front to back, even at full aperture. For example, a fence or a house photographed at an angle is completely in focus, while everything to the side disappears into a blur. As an 85mm lens with an angle of view of 28.2 degrees, it is of course also an ideal portrait lens with good focus control thanks to the high speed of f/2.8.

The optical construction of 11 elements in 8 groups, including two ED elements to prevent chromatic aberration, ensures the highest optical quality. The aperture with its 12 blades, which can be adjusted from f/2.8 to f/16, ensures a wonderful circular bokeh. The Lens has a diameter of 63mm, a length of 110mm and weighs 720 grams. A 55mm filter thread allows the use of standard screw-in filters. The distance and aperture are set manually.
